Normally, your purchase will arrive between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Most orders are dispatched from stock with a lead time of 1 to 3 days or more as necessary. The charge for delivery, if applicable, is determined by your location and also the weight and dimensions of the product. During the checkout process you will be asked to input your zip code, this will then calculate your delivery charge. We do our best to minimize delivery costs. Delivery rates are for standard shipping and handling only. Returns & Replacements

Sheólogy Organics has a 30-day money back guarantee for your satisfaction

To qualify, the product must be unopened and undamaged. The product must not have been installed. The product must be returned, unopened and undamaged in its entirety in the same condition, boxes and packing material included, as when you received it. All returns are subject to inspection. To return a product, contact support@sheologyonline.com for approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and shipping arrangements.  Return freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer, including costs incurred to Sheólogy Organics for FREE shipping, and will be deducted from the refund amount. In the unlikely event that the return freight exceeds the amount of the refund, the difference will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the customer. See More....
