I stand behind these products! You have thirty days to use the product and observe the results. If you are not satisfied we will return your money as an in-store credit. We are certain you will find this product exceptional in many ways and want you to have a positive experience. To receive a refund* (less shipping charges), the product must be returned within 30 days. Any unused portions and unopened products must be returned for inspection and evaluation.

  1. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  2. All returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before a refund is issued.
  3. The final refund amount will be determined based upon the return inspection. For example, damages to the product could result in a deduction.
  4. Any returned item(s) rejected by our Returns Department may be claimed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Rejected returns are held for 14 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 14 days will be discarded.

30-Day Unopened/Unused Return Protection

In order to get a full refund* (less shipping charges), the product must be returned unopened AND unused within 30 days.

  1. If there is any sign that the product has been opened or any sign of usage, including hair, dirt, or other debris, the return will not be accepted for a refund or store credit. Please note that all returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before a refund is issued.
  2. Original shipping or return shipping is not included.
  3. Items received beyond the eligibility date of 30 days will be discarded and a refund will not be issued.

Customer Returns and Refund Policies

All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RMA). This number can be obtained by contacting support@sheology.com. Sheólogy Organics reserves the right to deny any return. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please Contact support@sheology.com directly so that a Return Authorization Number (RMA) can be created. Refunds are returned back to the original form of payment. Shipping and return shipping charges are not refunded or issued back as a store credit. It is strongly suggested that Customers purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, the return will not be accepted. It is also suggested Customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure Sheólogy Organics receives the package. Sheólogy Organics is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process. Sheólogy Organics Customer Service reserves the right to decline a return if the terms and conditions stated in the following return guarantees have not been met.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

Our system is set up to get your products to you as quickly as possible, so you cannot cancel an order. If you receive an email notifying you that one or more items in your order is on backorder, you can cancel any of the items that are on backorder.

When Products Can Be Returned

At Sheólogy Organics, we want you to be satisfied with our products. Great care and attention has been devoted to ensure that you will become a 'repeat' customer of our products. This is how we have built our reputation over the past decade. The product return requirements are rather simple.

  1. Unless otherwise stated, all products can be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused for FULL REFUND in original Form of PAYMENT.
  2. If unopened and unused >30 days, your purchase will be refunded as In-Store Credit.
  3. If used or opened < 30 days, your purchase will be refunded as In-Store Credit.

Refund or In-Store Credit

All of our products have a Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee. Because of cleanliness and contamination issues, please read the requirements carefully should you be dissatisfied with our products for any reason and want a refund. To receive a full refund* (less shipping charges), items must be returned within 30 days, UNOPENED AND UNUSED. If USED OR OPENED within 30 days, your refund will be issued as a Store Credit. If UNOPENED OR UNUSED > 30 days, your refund will be issued as a Store Credit.

Return Shipping Costs

$5.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipment costs if the package weighs less than 20 lbs. There are no additional charges for processing your refund.
