Shipping and Delivery


While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

Normally, your purchase will arrive between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Most orders are dispatched from stock with a lead time of 1 to 3 days or more as necessary. The charge for delivery, if applicable, is determined by your location and also the weight and dimensions of the product. During the checkout process you will be asked to input your zip code, this will then calculate your delivery charge. We do our best to minimize delivery costs. Delivery rates are for standard shipping and handling only. Additional charges may apply for additional handling and/or storage if you cannot be reached or are otherwise unavailable to receive your product.


Due to insurance guidelines all deliveries of larger products are made to curb side at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. You must arrange for adequate help to offload larger products. Other products may be offloaded by the delivery driver. The driver cannot help move the products into your home or worksite. As deliveries are made by a large truck or van, it must be assured that the delivery address will be accessible by a large truck or van.  If your location is not suitably accessible, an alternate delivery location must be arranged beforehand. Deliveries will be made between 8 am and 6 pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the carrier’s discretion. If the carrier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, refuse to sign, you refuse delivery or the site is inaccessible, you will be liable for the cost of any re-delivery charge or return charge when applicable. Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location without you being present or someone you have authorized being present unless otherwise specified in the Order 'Comments' section.

Damage or Shortage From Shipping

Shipping damage or shortage, though unlikely, occasionally occurs. All products are carefully packaged to prevent shipping damage.  Almost all damage from shipping and handling will show itself on the outside of a box, pallet or crate.  Please inspect your product upon arrival for damage or shortage. You must contact our claims department immediately at support@sheology.com or 866-411-7432 press 4.  We will address the issue and make arrangements with you for an immediate replacement.

It is your responsibility to verify you have received the product you ordered in the quantity you ordered.  We strongly recommend that you inspect and count your product upon delivery. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.
